Wisconsin Managed Forest Law (MFL) Plans

As a Certified Plan Writer (CPW) through the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Heath helps landowners enroll or re-enroll their woodland in the Wisconsin Managed Forest Law Program. This program promotes responsible forest management while providing significant property tax savings for eligible landowners.

We work directly with landowners to understand their goals for the property and develop a forest management plan that meets both their objectives and program requirements.
